All services provided are subject to personal interpretation and should never be regarded as absolute or guaranteed outcomes. No service can be 100% accurate, and all readings, sessions, and spiritual offerings are provided for entertainment purposes only.

Services offered by the provider do not replace or substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or business advice. You acknowledge that you maintain full autonomy, free will, and personal responsibility for any decisions or actions you take following your session.

The provider does not exert control over your choices, nor are any services intended to direct, pressure, or compel you toward a specific course of action. All insights, impressions, and messages shared during a session are non‑binding and should be evaluated using your own judgment and discretion.

By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

The provider assumes no liability for damages, losses, or consequences arising from your choices.

You understand and accept that all services are interpretive and not guaranteed.

2. Payment & Service Terms

 

2.1 Availability

Services are available during the following hours (Eastern Standard Time):

Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Saturday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Both virtual sessions and local in‑person sessions (Buffalo, NY area) are offered.

 

2.2 Booking Requirements

All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment is due at the time of booking.

If payment is not received, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service, you confirm that you:

Have read and fully understand these Terms of Service.

Agree to be bound by all policies and disclaimers contained herein.

Accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions following your session.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

1. Cancellations

Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please email: kitsuneswillowisps@gmail.com

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.

 

2. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be denied at the provider’s discretion.

 

 

3. No‑Show Policy

A “no‑show” occurs when a client:

Fails to attend the scheduled session

Does not communicate prior to the appointment time

Arrives more than 10 minutes late to a virtual or in‑person session

No‑shows are non‑refundable, and the session will not be rescheduled without booking a new appointment.

 

4. Refunds

All services are time‑based and require preparation. For this reason:

Refunds are only issued for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance.

No refunds will be issued for completed services, no‑shows, or late cancellations.

If the provider must cancel for any reason, clients may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling.

 

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session:

The session will still end at the originally scheduled time

No partial refunds or credits will be issued

This ensures fairness to all clients and maintains the provider’s schedule.

 

6. Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that the provider must cancel due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances:

You will receive a full refund, or

You may choose to reschedule at the earliest available time

 

7. Acceptance of Policy

By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, as well as the full Terms of Service.

However, no method of digital transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Client Code of Conduct

 

1. Respectful Behavior

Clients are expected to treat the practitioner, the space, and the spiritual work with respect at all times. Disrespectful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

 

2. Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years or older to book a service. Minors may only attend with a parent or legal guardian present and with prior approval.

 

3. Sobriety & State of Mind

Clients must arrive sober, clear‑minded, and emotionally stable enough to participate in a spiritual session. If a client appears intoxicated or impaired, the session will be cancelled without refund.

 

4. Punctuality

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no‑show and is non‑refundable.

 

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

Clients must respect the privacy of the practitioner and any other individuals present. Recording sessions (audio, video, or screenshots) is not permitted without explicit written consent.

 

6. Appropriate Communication

All communication—before, during, and after the session—must remain respectful and appropriate. Harassment, inappropriate comments, or boundary‑crossing behavior will result in immediate termination of services.

 

7. No Interference With the Reading

Clients agree not to:

Interrupt excessively

Demand specific outcomes

Attempt to “test” or challenge the practitioner

Force the session in a particular direction

Spiritual work requires openness and cooperation. If a client becomes disruptive, the session may be ended without refund.

 

8. Honesty & Accurate Information

Clients must provide truthful and accurate information when booking and during the session. False information may result in cancellation without refund.

 

9. Health, Safety & Crisis Situations

Spiritual services are not a substitute for medical, legal, mental health, or crisis support. If a client expresses intent to harm themselves or others, the practitioner may end the session and refer them to appropriate resources.
